"Best"  is subjective. Teks are just recipes that people have put together in order to put principles into practice.

If you're truly concerned about maximizing yield, there's a really simple answer: familiarize yourself with the principles of extraction. No need to rush into things. Read and ask questions. Once you understand the what's and why's of what you're doing, you'll know the "best"  tek.
