Ok the caps are almost all blue, some are lighter shades than others. Is this just because of bruising! I did mist the mushrooms directly, but they look uniformly blue as if they grew thus way. These are the albino strain and should be white. Also can anyone identify what is on the cap of this one mushroom and if it's safe to eat. I think it's just a mutation and it's growing more mycelium, I am planning on eating it thus far.
