Hi everyone,
I've been doing quite a bit of research on Ayahuasca and was planning on saving some money for a retreat in South America where they carry out ceremonies that incorporate the use of the plant (Ayahuasca) to alleviate and often cure depression, anxiety and other psychological issues (i.e: social phobias, etc), as well as drug addiction. I then, more recently, discovered Iboga, which was right on my doorstep all this time. From what I gather, the effects of taking Ibogaine are similar to that of Ayahuasca without the intense fear (though I do understand that facing fear is a part of the process and experience). I do have a second reason for wanting to take Ibogaine and that is because I have had a recent spiritual experience that brought a deep understanding of perceived reality. I have seen some testimonials from people who took Ibogaine and it seems like the experience is spiritually rewarding if done with the right intentions. I personally think that all anxiety stems from hidden fears or desires and these plants can help us to see clearly.
Would anyone be so kind as to outline some basic step by step instructions showing how one would prepare and proceed with the treatment (i.e.: How much TA to take, when to take additional doses and what to eat before, during and after the treatment. What kind of environment to do this treatment in and anything else you think I may need to know. Does it help to have sounds or music playing in the background? Etc.)
Thanks
