yeah, I don't use kratom too often but when I do I make capsules.Get a capsule maker and some gel caps, take some time out and make a bunch.It's easy.Definitely the most efficient ingestion method IMO anyways.Easy to dose and doesn't taste like anything.:thumb_up:
