Kratom is very touchy IME. Start low and work your way up till you find your optimal dose. Use a scale and take note. A standard deviation of just +-.2g can mean the difference between not feeling it and getting sick.Take note that if you consistently use kratom that our standard dose will start to increase.I worked my way up from 2.5g to 3.6 over the course of maybe 2 months then quit for 2-3 months. Coming back I didn't think about it and took 3.6g and it was horrible.Diet plays a huge roll in how much one needs. for a period that I went raw vegan I had to decrease my kratom dose to 2/3 or less of what it was previous to that.Note that 2.5-3.6g is generally a low dose for most people but my diet is very clean (still dirtier than raw vegan at this point though).
