It's interesting to note the dosage variations. I read up quite a bit on Kratom over the past few years and then decided to start around the 10g mark for some Bali that I had gotten. Now note....I have never really had much stomach discomfort from any sort of psychoactive substance....except maybe over indulging in alcohol (many years back) and getting sick from that by the end of the night.It really just comes down to the individual and how their physiology responds to it. I was fortunate I guess to start at a higher dosage and not experience any ill efects...although probably if I started to increase my dose from 15 or-so grams of bali..there could be a possibility of me starting to get sick.I was also going to say that making Kratom tea and reducing down to a manageable amount to drink seems to reduce alot of stomach discomfort....or at least from what I've read. Compared to just tossing and washing method..this method seems to be superior in effects and any stomachy/ill side effects.
