I just stumbled on this. It's based on a book series "An Army of Frogs."
Animation is good, story is adorable, a non poisonous frog wanting to be a warrior. The "poisonous" frogs ostensibly use their "poison" for powerful psychedelic magic.
I keep expecting to find the reveal that Kikker is their leader.
