Here's the basic idea shown in a Diagram;

The paint layer on the outside of the tin is burnt and polished off with fire & sandpaper. You roll this into a Cone-shaped bowl, with the rough

burnt & polished side down, on the outside. This side is very matted and unlikely to reflect much light at all.

Also I still don't see how light could shine through the tin or somehow end up in your face, if the laserpen is properly fixed to the bottom of the fitting.

It would shine on the flat bottom of the bowl from below and the light wouldn't go anywhere else.

If you can adjust a laserpen to just the right intensity it may make vaporising alkaloids alot easier and more effective than a flame.

No overheating lighters, no unstable candleflame, no bother by wind AT ALL.

I understand that there are good, effective ways to evaporate alkaloids out there allready. And thanks for pointing them out to me.

But this concept is more an artistic, creative endeavor than it is a way to make a super efficient vaporiser. ;)
