Legality of importing into UK

Hello,

I am new to the forum, this is my first post. I have never taken a psychedelic substance, let alone, any other illegal substances; but I am very intrigued and have been doing a lot of research in this field. I had a quick search on the forum, but couldn't find anything which answered my questions, which is probably down to my inability to use the search feature correctly :oops:.

Is it legal to order MHRB from a UK supplier for delivery within the UK?
Is it legal to order B. Caapi [including extract] from a non-UK supplier, such as Celestial Source, for delivery within the UK?
If it is illegal to order any of the above, and the package was stopped by customs, what legal implications would arise from this?

I'm sure these aren't the most straightforward questions to answer, but I would appreciate anyone with any experience willing to provide some advice for a new-comer to the community. If this should be in suppliers, or a different and more relevant sub-forum, I apologise.

Yes its perfectly fine to order MHRB.

B. Caapi is fine to order too.

All of these items are fine(legal) to order, the illegal part comes when one tries to extract DMT from MHRB, now that would be illegal.

But then again what they dunno doesn´t hurt them :p

Also fascinating in some countries it is illegal to have in your pocession DMT, wich is kinda strange, cause we all sintethise it naturally, in our brain. The anti-drug legislation, for me, and towards this issues, is becomming incressingly circus like... They should also turn prozac illegal, it raises the serotonin levels hem... It could be dangerous :roll: oh yeah, the pharma companies make huge proffits from that (so i guess thoose substances will be kept legal)
My point is this, DMT is a natural substance wich our bodies sintethise so screw the drug legislators when they say we can´t extract, and we have DMT in our bodies all the time, so screw the possesion charges too :p

But i think most of the narcotics dep doesn´t even know what DMT is :lol:
 
Thanks for all your replies. Suppose customs did stop the item and were suspicious (despite the fact that it is legal), is it likely that I might be put on a watch list or be investigated further?

It's never happened to me, so I wouldn't know. But if it's of that much concern to you, there is some really good quality stuff here in the UK so there's no need to risk customs.
 
Generally customs will only do random checks on packages over 2kgs. Anything under its easy to pass through. This is because the time it would take to investigate every package would cause a HUGE delay on the postal system, and this cannot happen.

However this is word of mouth, so its not fact as such.
