So I have seen a lot of replies about using LEO to prevent nausea/purge when using rue or other things:
1. I found a few places on the net to get some, but they say it is for "External Use Only". I'm assuming these sites just don't realize that it can be consumed?

4. When do you take it? Say you were gonna take some rue. When would you take the LEO?
