Hello Nexus!

Please forgive my english as I am still learning...

My name is Dr. Harmaloid and I am a research scientist from São Paulo who is interested in the recent preponderance of scientific Ayahuasca studies being conducting here in Brazil.

Over the last few years there has been a surge in both the quantity and quality of these studies in addition to more consistent laboratory methods. For the first time in history we are truly beginning to understand how all the components of The Medicine operate on the body's various systems as well as the cognitive neuro chemical complex.

I am very interested in researching and sharing information on the biological mechanisms of nootopics, cognition, intelligence and memory all from a pharmacological perspective. Given current research conducted over the last 3 years I am interested in experimenting with Harmine and Tetrahydroharmine as a daily anti-depressant.

My knowledge base in all these topics is very large with a strong scientific background to support it. In fact, I am extremely interested in making a tek-style proposal for a practical approach towards utilizing and integrating harmalas and nootropics into an acceptable daily regime. I feel the Nexus is a fantastic hub of knowledge that has the chance to revolutionize how people approach the regulation of their own mind & consciousness; so long as the community keeps moving towards a scientific direction without abandoning its laymen character.

Personally I have much experience using Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Iboga and Mushrooms in traditional native contexts and I live by the truths provided by the existence of higher-dimensional reality and intelligent super-beings. I am also a mycology researcher fluent in methodologies regarding professional lab protocol, sub-strain isolation & stabilization, myco-remediation and the cultivation of many species. I tend to be quite busy and have been known to take periods of personal hiatus but all in all I look forward to contributing to this community the best I can.

Welcome to the Nexus!

Your background is impressive. I look forward to any information you can contribute to the forum. I am especially eager to hear information about using harmalas as a daily natural antidepressant.

Perhaps you also can create a tek on the traditional ayahuasca ceremony? That way the ancient tradition will be preserved & respected when new people decide to take the medicine.

Thank you!

Im excited to read some more posts by you. A scientific outlook on entheogen use is essential IMO. Glad to have you as a part of the community.
