Thank you for the layman's terms  ha. And yeah that's what I read it would generate about a g. It's mostly a test to see how well I'm able to do it. I'm pretty confident in myself and I think I should be able to do it atleast without melting my arms off. Ha. Also, I've heard the quality of MHRB can vary greatly and it's hard to know what's good.
