lighter malfunctions

a friend dreamed that she was having the worst problems with torch lighters.... that once a lighter ran out of fuel and she refilled it, she could never get it to work properly again. she uses high quality butane and is careful to get all the air out of it, but alas, they never seem to be quite the same. oh well... but it sure is a bummer when one has a last minute lighter malfunction!

A friend of mine recently had a problem with a butane lighter as well. He just took it back to the store and got it replaced.

Torches are a pain. Overfilling them is what seems to cause the problems.

I have had an experiance of a last minuite lighter breakage! A frantic scramble for a box of matches wasnt the best of things to happen. Now I always keep a few by me
