Looking for an answer from people who have a lot of experience with LSD

Do you think it would be psychologically feasible to take LSD around noon and then go to a concert around 7 in the evening? I'd probably drink a bit of wine as I was coming down. Would I be more likely to be exhausted and sketched out, not wanting to be around people?

There's a concert I really want to go to, but the weather is just starting to get nicer and LSD seems like a fun thing to do! How early should I take the LSD if I want to go to the concert, or should I not take it at all? Friend is playing, so that takes priority!

People seem to react a bit variably with onset/peaking/comedown times. If it were me, and I took the LSD around noon it would take anywhere from 1-3 (typically) for me to start to get visuals/visual distortion. I would peak from around 3-6 and then comedown from 6 to around 9 or 11. For myself however, it takes a bit longer for it to come on, and go away than it seems to for most of my friends who typically have quicker onsets and shorter-lived experiences. In terms of being exhausted and sketched out, it could definitely happen. Taking psychedelics in crowded public settings always brings that additional risk that you can have any number of unexpected reactions to things in the crowd or environment or whatever.

If you'd wanna be tripping at the concert, I would probably take the LSD from 3-4 or something like that.
 
I wouldn't worry about it, that timing seems about perfect. Do you have experience with psychedelics at all? What kind of show (rowdy/drunk/dark or chill/happy)? It would be necessary to have a ride lined up with a sober friend, and you would always have the option of not going if it didn't feel right.

Personally, I wouldn't expect to get sketched out on the tail end of the experience. It's when things are continuing to get MORE intense and feeling unpredictable that my nerves sometimes work on me.
 
How much lsd are you taking? Id say if you took it at noon you would be fine to goto a show later that evening. Unless its a super high dose I find personally that being in public on LSD doesnt bother me at all! In fact i find it rather enjoyable lol!
 
IME, at 6 hours (7 if dosing high) I can comfortably handle going out in public and perform basic interactions without feeling 'sketchy'. I call this the point at which the All Night Garage Test can be comfortably passed. :)
 
if the doseage is just 1 blotter i suppose its ok to go out at 7 , also drinking alcohol is a good idea to numb the experience , alcohol will numb the experience making it quite gentle
 
If you are well rested ahead of time, I think you'd be golden assuming it's real LSD and not some RC. The LSD afterglow is pretty nice actually when you take it in the daytime. Especially combined with some nice MJ.

You may not be cool to drive though is the only thing.
