Hello all members of the DMT-Nexus.

Today a major update has been performed on the DMT-Nexus forum. There are some new features and a lot of bugs have been solved as well (at least they say so :))

It is very likely that after such a major overhaul some things aren't yet in the right place or some markup is still not correct (I had to redo the whole layout).

i see i see...i was wondering why i got a major error when trying to check the forum out a few minutes ago...i really like the new color...very sweet..good work traveler

Indeed this could be, there was a small gap of about 15 minutes. I'm very sorry if this happened to you or anyone else. I hope it wasn't a long post.

I wondered what the hell was going on when I logged in and my nice dark nexus became bright and clean looking.

Easily fixed though and back to my dark nexus.
 
It seems that at least one person was not able to login after the major overhaul.

Is the site search broken?

Have attempted to use it with Safari and Firefox but no luck. I just get the "Loading results" which then disappears leaving no results.
 
There seems to be heavy problems with the software update. I'm digging into it this evening so please have a bit of patience with it.

After investigating the software it seems the problem with users that couldn't login anymore is solved.

So, on to the next bug to squat. ;)

The next bugs have been squated: the reset password bug and the register new user bug. It had to do with a password check. Remember tough that your password needs to be at least 6 chars long.

So this leaves us with the following bugs:
1. It seems some people can't PM me. (can some of you try and post the results here?)
2. There seems to be a search bug with some browsers.
3. Attached photo's don't show.

The search problem has been solved. It was caused by the full-text search not being installed on the SQL-Server.

This problem has been solved as well. The max PM in your inbox was set at 30, it's now a lot more.

This leaves us only with the attached image bug. Something for tomorrow since it already late and I have to go to work early in the morning. :)
 
The last bug has been squashed (for now that is).

Attached images will show up now, regardless of size (previously only small images were shown as a picture).
 
Traveler just thought i would mention that when you click on somebody's name..and you go the their 'profile' the dates when the join and another date not sure what it is...are not in english...

Noticed when I went into my profile, the "What language do you want to use" was set to chinese simp. Not sure if that has always been there or was set recently...
