Ok, i'm doing the first gibran tek...when it's finished i decide, i want to use them for changa, i made a 100 gr gibran near to be finished, maybe it's enought for changa ?
I start redissolve the based precipitate with winegar but the solution was cloudy, like the basification stage, so i decided to warm up in a bath...and the jar crack !!! i save some of the liquid...it's cloudy....what i have to do ? add more winegar ? decant separate the cloud part and redissolve again...shit !! trow everething and start a new one ?
i think this but the cloud are like snow flakes that settle when leave to decant...so i don't know i have a dark layer of water winegar and alcaloid ? i hope and a layer of flakes beige flakes, like the one that precipitate during the basification, now i'm trying to separate the two and add more winegar to the flakes....i have just filter everything in a cofee filter just after adding winegar and mix...oh i don't know..
Finally, i decide to trow away the flakes grey stuff layers and basify the water/winegar/alks...and got the milky white snow flakes situation like the one in gibran tek photo...ok maybe less tha expected (broken jar...) but maybe i can make some rue extract/spice changa...ok
Need to learn not only the basic step and use of chems and filter etc etc...but a good look also to the type of container, size... and tools....there's a tutorial on nexus about what kind of jar, and all the glass ware and tools needed to this or this or that extraction ? would be very usefull to the novice, yes there are a lot of post about it but i didn't find a good tutorial that explain the use and selection of glass items...ok, maybe i didn't search well.
