mescaline acetate to mescaline hcl

hello i just got yields using the ron69 limonen tek. my first pull from the limonen was with vinegar. the end stuff was sticky and i do not like it. my second pull from the limonen i tried hcl+distilled water. the result was amazing. i reach beautifull crystalls. and they were not sticky. so now i want to change my mesc acetate to mescaline hcl. anyone knows how to do it ?
 
Considering HCl is stronger acid than acetic, if you used some dilute HCl water it should convert but then if you evap you'll still be left with a lot of impurities.

I think maybe best way would be to make paste with calcium hydroxide (dont know if sodium carb would be too weak) and bit of water, dry, pull with solvent and salt again.. Or if theres no calcium hydroxide, then redissolve in small amounts of water, add lye and pull again and salt again. Can someone else think of a shortcut?

thank you for the advice bro. i will give a try to pull it again.
 
just dissolve the sticky goo in an hcl solution, evap to leave much the same looking stuff, however this time you'l be able to wash away all the sticky brown crap with acetone, and leave some lovely off white mescalito.
 
not all vinagars are effective to make acetate. true mescaline acetate is achieved with pure acetic acid diluted in a 5% ratio in water.search this forum for the goo factor and get rid of da gu.
