Mescaline alcohol extraction potency, varied potency?

Hello, new here. Hope this is ok.


I been doing some alcohol extraction, simple dried powder and ipa to a tar looking product. My way of finding a good dose have been to write down what i start with and dose based on that. What i'm wondering and hoping someone can help me with is if i can just dose all the tar roughly the same if i use the same method?
Even if one cactus was weaker than the other all that means is that i get a lower yield so if i enjoyed 5 grams of tar as a dose I can use that measurement regardless of what cactus or what amount i start with?


I understand it never will be as accurate as pure mescaline but as a rough guide at least is what i'm hoping for.

I boil down the tea to be black and bitter and dose in shotglass increments. Pour the tea into canning jars boiling hot and boil the canning jars sealed for at least 1/2 hour. Make the tea acid. Not sure if this will keep forever, but I 'm going on 4 months.
