well... swiy and swim drank a shot and had the sensation instantly in the gut... VERY mild stomach unease... which a nice vodka tonic with lime eased out and swim and swiy started feeling the effects of a tryptamine body high, euphoria, heightened sensitivity to ones environment, heightened intuition. At one point swim and swiy where riffing off of reading each others minds... the high was clear and matched wel with the alcohol buzz. you really just felt you wanted a good buzz and to not go farther then that. drinks where drank slowly. good humor, mood elevation.

3-4 hours in effect. swiys smoked concentrated caapi leaf and received great OEVS and CEVS. clarity... very clear...

Agua De La Mente Recipe

Its as easy as infusing vodka with berries or what not...

take a bottle of vodka...

measure out the number of shot glasses you can fill up with the bottle. then once you have that number place 2 seeds for every shot. Add fresh ginger and cocao nibs with the fresh seeds de-husked and ground in coffee grinder and all placed in a mason jar with the vodka left to sit for 2-3 weeks... 2 months can be good too... an average tincture time. 

Shake daily and keep in a dark place...

the color will be a lovely dark ruddy hue...

be sure to be heavy with the ginger and cocoa nibs.

The ritual...

A drink of your choice is drank until an appropriate feeling of buzzing, gin or vodka tonic is choice the tonic water is VERY good for easing stomach pain and is anti-cramping...
