Mimosa and Caapi recipe please

Hi

I am looking for a recipe for a Mimosa hostilis and black caapi brew. Found some guidance online but nothing where the doses are clear. As in I need to know how much caapi, and how much mimosa, for a single dose and the brewing process for a single dose. How much water to use etc? I have dried caapi which I can blend up and mimosa hostilia powder.

Thank you for any help, or if you can point me to an existing chat.

Yes, doing some research in the Ayahuasca preparation sub forum will go a long way to help you understand amount of water to use, how long to boil, how many washes, etc.

But I will give you some quick and easy dosage info and advice,

Dosage varies from person to person, and the potency of plant material varies. Also to be taken into factor is your level of experience with ayahuasca and mental stability etc.

But as a general guideline I would say 50-100 grams of aya vine, and 2-10 grams mimosa hostilis.

my instinct for you is 75-100 grams vine + 5 grams mimosa is a good start, and definetly don't start with more than 5 grams of mimosa. This could be a mild experience, It could be absolutely mind blowing. If you are not prepared for mindblowing, then go easy on the mimosa and start with 2 grams.

I also recommend you brew the mimosa and ayahuasca seperately, so that you can more easily fine tune your dosage of each.

Good luck!
Edit: It should go without saying but be aware that MAOI in ayahuasca can have negative interactions with certain foods and drugs, some of which could be fatal. Make sure your aware of any potential interactions.
