howdy yall

been awhile since i’ve dosed, and im not necessarily gonna jump back in immediately (although i [do happen to have some] 110ug tabs[...]); im gonna split those tabs up to microdose.

BUT, before that, i need to get my ducks in a row.

have some ideas about what i wanna listen to… honestly i feel like im gonna need to bawl to get out some trauma lol idk yet tho, but here’s some music i’ll probably listen to at some point. curious if anyone else here has the same taste or can recommend similar music. anyhow w/o further ado:

QotSA - Like Clockwork

Aphex Twin - Drukqs

AFX - Hangable Auto Bulb

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Vol. II

The Tuss - Rushup Edge

Pink Floyd - DSotM

obviously a lil bit of a Richard D James fanatic lol but i think i’ve got some koala-tee stuff. any recommendations based on what i’ve got listed?

Here are some 100% garanteed tried and tested suggestions.

Sounds from the Ground - album: ''Kin'' in particular the song 'Triangle' it holds real magic. True, deep spiritual magic in the bass and pads. 10 on 10 for tripping. One of the best standalone songs out there, and it lasts just about the perfect time to go there and back again!. The whole album is great. But 'triangle will take you on a memorable journey indeed. You can almost 'eat' the sound from this song.

Suns of Arqa - Album 'Know thyself'' This is the Everest of tripping albums. I have gone through 3/4 of a 700mg cart to this album in one sitting before! true magic! It has led me to Nirvikalpa Samahdi before. It presents you with the mountaintop, and lets you hold your spiritual breath for its entirety. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that this is one of the most powerful musical experiences you can have on deemz. I would love to hear some feedback from fellow listeners. I cannot stress just how powerful this composition is. It builds cathedrals of sound and texture over the course of it's progression.

Anouar Brahem Album : 'Astrakan Cafe'' (some of the performances on this album are beyond words)

Some stand alone tracks for you:
Nepalese sun --ISHQ ( a gorgeous journey from start to finish)
Mitch Murder - Hurricane (drum and bas, and really vast, the gated vocals are celestial) If you like DnB, there's a lot of Photek stuff that is awesome, try ''T'reanon'' on for size
If you like more funky stuff, try Cymande. Especially songs like 'Dove', a real masterclass in musicianship.
Also on the god-level funk, the 2 instrumental albums by the Beastie Boys, (yes, THE beastie boys, trust me) ''The in sound from way out'' and ''the mix up'', the only issue with these albums is that the songs are short. Always too short!
Nightmares on wax - ''pipes honour'' has delivered over and over
Many of the albums by ''Up, Bustle & out'' have some really nice tracks that lead to nice voyages.
On the more Chill-Goa-trancy stuff, there are artists like Jugurtha, and Sahale that have nice stuff.

This is my first post on the Nexus, and I hope some of you listen to these, especially Triangle, and the Suns of Arqa album. They are life changing, and eye opening.

Please share your thoughts, I would lovve to hear them .

Happy hyperespace all!
