Hey all, Michael here and i just wanted my first post to be my first experience on the spirit molecule. i have now done it twice in my life and hope for more experiences.
A little background information; this past year has been a pretty rough year for me, two of my family members diagnosed with cancer, and a relationship break up. When i went through these struggles I didn't have the best coping methods. Before this i had only smoked marijuana a handful of times, never tried any other drug. I coped with not abusing drugs, but more exploring them. My first real awakening was with MDMA, and that actually escalated into more than recreational use and recently stopped those habits. About a month ago, i tried DMT, and it was an awakening experience. All the problems i once thought were so massive and had much stress on my life, became so minuscule. it had truly opened my eyes to much better and happier things in life.
The first time I tried DMT, was in an apartment with a person that i had just met that i met through a mutual friend. I had always heard about DMT and the effects and when i heard he had some i was quite intrigued. i was a little nervous at first, because before i have not even tried LSD! i was told to sandwich it between some marijuana, hold it in for as long as i can, and prepare myself for one of the best times of my life.
I took the hit, held it in for what felt like forever. closed my eyes, and i begin to see a white cloud that suddenly turns into a rainbow cloud with many geometric shapes and AMAZING colors then slowly fades to black. i blow the smoke out and the cloud comes out of my mouth as i open my eyes. i realize i feel like i'm not in the same room any more. i look at the ceiling and the rainbow cloud that was once in my mouth expanded on the ceiling. above me looks like a bunch of arabic designs and patterns that don't stop moving, and the colors were just amazing, i can't keep my eyes closed. i look at the guy i just met, and he's glowing in yellow and i feel like i'm connecting with him like i've known him my whole entire life.
he points his finger out and tells me to look and when i look where his finger was pointing, a crease in the air forms and opens a bright yellow. i relax into the bed i was sitting on, and begin to look at the art that was on his wall. his art contained of drawings of statues that came into life. gears and brains form in their heads and they're all speaking with each other, i see the words coming out of their mouths and the colors are just beautiful. the bass from the music he was playing exponentiates these visuals as i begin to feel weightless and almost like i didn't exist at the time. i close my eyes to see what i'd see and i'm in a kaleidoscope.
i open my eyes again, begin to look at the art and many faces appear in what was once just blobs of paint. i feel as the faces are speaking to me and trying to tell me something. i begin to see their speech but it's written in some foreign language that i cannot depict myself. one thing i clearly remember is seeing his painting of the text "meow" form into different shapes that were trying to speak to me. i then relax on the bed for the rest of the experience and close my eyes as i slowly come back. i then realize i'm back in the room and so ecstatic about what i saw.
i have this emotional glow for about 2 days just so amazed of what i saw and experienced. the time when i did it was the week before my finals and the stress i once had was more of an understanding. i looked at things and saw a more positive outlook, i appreciated things much more. i couldn't get enough of the feeling i had. i still have the feeling now. it was a beautiful experience and it made me so much more interested in what this molecule had to offer.
