From the article and section noted:

How alarming! Most of these are risks one faces when eating any meal. But... Drowsiness? Oh, feeling sleepy, what a disaster! And... OH NO NOT FLASHBACKS. Somehow the possibility of free, random trips does nothing to discourage Bob.

When I read such documents and the heinous assumption of authority they imply, along with the massive proliferation of substances over which they imply authority, I am reminded of a quote from the original "Star Wars:"

"The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more star systems will slip through your fingers."
