That's interesting, you must be the first person from Ukraine on this forum (although there are some other people from other unusual countries like Colombia here) - hopefully you can tell us more about culture in your country if you stay on the forum. 

It might be a good idea to use nutmeg only in moderation, because it may have some negative effects on the liver. It might not be a good idea to take it too often. I haven't looked into this since I was a teenager, but it was something I remember reading (before I took nutmeg myself).

Have you tried Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds? These should be growing and legal (?) in Ukraine.
