Natural Sleep Aid - Dream Inducing

The reason I post this is I find this Natural Sleep Aid to be quite dream inducing when took in a higher dose the serving size is 2 pills.

But with 4-5 it causes instance lucid dreams alot of the reviews are bad for this sleep aid for that reason that it causes nightmares but if u look at the ingredients witch are..

You can by alteril at any walmart,cvs,walgreens

With my experience with this have been surprisingly interesting has anyone tried this
Sleep aid and experienced the effects if you have what are your thoughts.

Hmmmm....interesting.

I prefer Valerian root. I grind up between 250mg-300mg and put into a tea bag. Soak in Hot water, add some honey and guzzle down (cuz it don't taste especially good.) Puts me out and I have intense vivd dreams AND helps greatly with Lucid dreams.

Silene Capensis is a very good dreaming inducing herb that is easily cultivated according to Wikipedia (going to order some seeds and try it out soon) and so is Calea zacatechichi. Although Silene Capensis tastes infinitely better than calea tea. Makes you less depend on a supplement from a shop and growing your own is fun.

I like to mix Silene Capensis and 1 Entada rheedii seed its nice :thumb_up:
