But let's begin from start...
I had 1kg of MHRB. From first 500g i've got a total of 6g in maybe 10-14 days. It's hard to explain whole process as i've first used a tek, then switched to another, then had some unexpected situations etc. Let's say that only halfway of the first extraction ive started my "custom tek" that i'm using right now with the 500g 2nd (and last) batch. I'll try to be as more detailed as possible.
I've put 4,5l water + 300g soda in a 6l pot. Then i've cutted the MHRB in maybe 1,5inches max pieces and put in the pot. Left overnight. The day after i've used a potato masher on it for 30m. Added 375ml naphta and began to cook for 1h at 60-80° (i use a meat temperature probe) while stirring every 10m. Turned induction off and left the pot cooldown for 30m. Removed naphta with a ladle and put in thin and tall glasses (250ml each) filling around 1,5 of them. Covered them and set aside. While still hot i've blended the mhrb with an immersion blender for 10-15m. After that ive repeated the process above with another 375ml naphta. After i had filled up the 3 glasses i began to transfer the yellow part to the pyrexes (staying "far" enough from the black shit), with a pipette. I have two pyrexes, one taller and one normal. Filled the tall one with 500ml and the normal one with 250ml. Once being near the black part, ive transferred the "dirty" naphta to another, even smaller and thinner, glass, cleaned the pipette, pulled the remaining clean naphta, and distributed evenly to the 2 pyrexes. covered them with a cooking film, closed with scotch tape, and put in freezer at -25° for 24h. must note that i NEVER let go even the smallest black drop in the pyrexes! The day after i strain the naphta, and keep the pyrexes inclined for some hours, while further straining it every 30-45m. Then i put them on the balcony overnight.
Now, i must say that here now its cooler than one week ago when i did first extraction, and the yield was still a bit humid however the result its still too much: 7g (1,4%)! I'm afraid because some days ago a friend got similar, unexpected, results, however in his case the yield was a dark yellow, and in fact he also admitted that it was not so careful with the black shit. He had to recrystalize it. In my case the yield its light yellow (like it should be). Here the pics. and i wait for your opinions.
PS: i can't try it as i have only one atomizer already full and no other ways to assume DMT...
PPS: i reuse, of course, the naptha, so ive used the already yellow naphta from 1st extraction in the 2nd.
