When bound to the 5-HT2Ar, does 5-HT itself elicit non-psychedelic patterns of gene transcription (just c-fos) or psychedelic patterns (c-fos, egr-1, egr-2 via Gi/o proteins?)

Does anyone have an answer or a paper? This is driving me nuts.
