I couldn't find the correct MSDS for it, but the can says its 100% natural and non-aerosol. So I believe its safe enough to use for this tek. But while the product is clear and does separate from vinegar, the yields were low and I got a lot of orange peel-like residue left over after the evap despite being careful to only pour vinegar into the dish. So although this stuff appears to contain enough limonene to work in a pinch, it is far from ideal.
