Noob question about Q21Q21 tek

Hello fellow nexians, i have a very noobish question about this tek. I noticed the tek is discussed and posted in the A/B section of the forum, however as far as i understand the difference beetween A/B and STB are that in A/B we discard the plant material and in stb we work with the material in solution. Am i correct?

If yes, does it mean that after the acidification one have to remove the bark from the vinegar and use the vinegar only in Q21 tek? I ask this because in the wiki this is not mentioned. Thanks

Nevermind, i just answered my own question. Seems i was confused by the facts that some folks remove the material after heating the acid, but i had not a clear idea of what A/B means. In fact AB differ from STB because there is the acidification step. So i suppose Q21 tek is an A/B because of this, and given that removing the bark is not mentioned, i suppose it stays in solution. I wondered about this when I first began extracting. But from the tek it's quite obvious as you acidify and then base the bark. But I was equaully clueless at first. However I noticed on the wiki that this tek is marked A/B.

The first and only tek I ever plan to use with MHRB!
