Last night, when swim was rolling a herbal cigarette he decide to put in some spice. As he is herbal smoker he felt the first step was to try a small small amount :oops: (it was like dipping a toe into hot water) in the herbal C, as to get slighty aquired to the taste and mayb slight small on set effects of what to expect.

What happened was he felt a pressure build up inside his head and the light that shone on cups and bottles shone alittle bit more, maybe some slight distancing from being alert. Swim has been an everyday herbal smoker for 7 years so can tell the influence/ intoxication of herbal cigarettes well.

But still has to ask was he on the right tracks with this hypothetical situation?

The pressure building in the head(pineal area), lights and colors shining more/enhanced...all indicate to threshhold effects of the spice..

All thats left to do now is fire up a bigger dose in a pipe or bong/vaporisere etc..
 
Ive been playing around with low doses, eyes open, loving the low dose eye candy.

Whe I load up the right amount, as soon as I feel it in my head, the lighter starts shimmering, them in gone. Blissss.

As fractal said, load up a little more next time and smile.

The following is a method which I have posted a short time ago. This is mostly cobbled together via cut and paste from the forums here so a warm thanks to all those un-credited members who freely offered this advice. You will, of course, find your own method but the following may help.


• You may wish to first try 15-30mg to get the feeling of spice first.
• Prepare your setting so there's no possibility of disturbance. Sleep masks/ear plugs may be considered.
• Meditate, stretch, and relax etc to attain a good mind set.
• Prepare all necessarys in advance (pipe, lighter, somewhere to place them etc.)
• No more than 30mgs first time. Try 50mgs for a breakthrough.
• Go in with respect and love.
• Don't worry about being nervous- pre flight anxiety is normal.
• Mentally prepare yourself for the fact that the smoke might be harsh.
• 3 inhalations within 1 min. (vaporizing time included) is within the time slot for a breakthrough.
• The first hit is important- Inhale and hold it for 20 seconds. Exhale, remember to smile.
• It is normal to feel like you've had enough after 2 inhalations- take another.
• By now you'll be entering hyperspace (if sufficient spice has been inhaled).
• close your eyes and relax. The key is: Surrender. . . Surrender. . . Surrender . . . let it go!
• Don't worry, your body will continue working just fine,
• Don't attempt internal monologue – just witness- don't attempt to interpret or analyse
• Just surrender and understand that EVERYONE COMES BACK. EVERYTIME. ALWAYS. I promise Smile
• Becoming conscious of one's breathing is an effective way to reduce anxiety.

SWIM says: "A question i have to ask what does one see with eyes open at higher doses'? I prefer doing everything eyes open, then i feel its more real to me, if that makes some slight sense. Also many thanks for the introduction and preperation transitory. And does one break through and has eyes closed or open? regards"

The eyes closed / open choice is entirely personal L_Star.



There is no right or wrong choice. I was at first very disturbed by sub-breakthrough eyes open experiences. It felt as though things were going way too far. I had read here that one should begin increasing dosage with eyes closed as visually things could get very weird. I can tell you that that is the understatement of the f-ing century! My first high-dose was so astonishing that I forgot to close my eyes and was soon unable to tell whether they were open or closed anyway.

I decided that eyes closed were right for me. I spent some time experimenting at breakthrough doses fully reclined, eye mask on with ear plugs in. I felt that this was the way and was able to sustain almost indefinitely a trance-like state and just release and float from my body.

However, following a difficult trance-like experience, a great weight became lifted from me and I came down with a great eagerness to go all the way eyes open sitting up. It was as though I had suddenly lost my fear and was now ready to release, face and embrace the experience. It was sitting up, lotus position, eyes wide open that I had my first, true in-your-face entity contact.

I won’t clog the thread unnecessarily with my ramblings here but I have posted experience reports in this forum and they were all eyes open.
