..just wondering if anyone's got some groovy or longer Palindromes than this one..

'a man, a plan, a canal, panama'

this Sanskrit one is the same diagonally as well as backwards:

sa- ka- ra- na- na- ra- ka- sa-
kā- ya- sā- da- da- sā- ya- kā
ra- sā- ha- vā vā- ha- sā- ra-
nā- da- vā- da- da- vā- da- nā.
(nā da vā da da vā da nā
ra sā ha vā vā ha sā ra
kā ya sā da da sā ya kā
sa kā ra nā nā ra kā sa)

..ancient cultures placed significance in them, though perhaps this is part of the initial excitement of discovering written language..
although, there can also be musical palindromes as well..

slap my gym pals

saippuakivikauppias (=caustic soda seller in finnish)

Νίψον ανομήματα μη μόναν όψιν (=wash your sins, not just your face in greek)

I live in Montreal, where there is an island called both Ile de jesus, and LAVAL (the geographic mass and the municipality, respectively). Lots of room for significance there!

"Never odd or even" is a favourite of mine. (I even have a half finished screenplay with that as title).

A long accusation:
"Dennis, Nell, Edna, Leon, Nedra, Anita, Rolf, Nora, Alice, Carol, Leo, Jane, Reed, Dena, Dale, Basil, Rae, Penny, Lana, Dave, Denny, Lena, Ida, Bernadette, Ben, Ray, Lila, Nina, Jo, Ira, Mara, Sara, Mario, Jan, Ina, Lily, Arne, Bette, Dan, Reba, Diane, Lynn, Ed, Eva, Dana, Lynne, Pearl, Isabel, Ada, Ned, Dee, Rena, Joel, Lora, Cecil, Aaron, Flora, Tina, Arden, Noel, and Ellen sinned."

Here is one perhaps appropriate to the nexus (?):

"Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era?"

And another:

"flee to me, remote elf."

Lots more. I could spend my whole day writing them out, but i have wood to chop. :)
