SWIM has contemplated using phosphoric acid rather than acetic, but has had trouble finding it locally...SWIM understands it can be found in food prep, and also read that it can be found in hydroponic stores in the guise of pH DOWN, used to reduce pH levels...What SWIM would like to know is, is it ok to use this, when it has a phosphoric acid content of 850 g/l or will the other 15% cause contamination??? Thanks guys...any quick replies much appreciated..
