Please help, is my acacia brew still active

I boiled and reduced some acacia confuse, I did like ten washes, i filtered it through a coffee filter and a t shirt. The brew has been in the fridge for two days and a lot of solids have dropped to the bottom. Is the dmt in the liquid?

Some DMT will be in the liquid. Some may be bound to the tannins which have precipitated under refrigeration. Of course, some of the solids will have been insoluble fine particulates - wood dust, maybe calcium oxalate.

DMT salts are typically very soluble, although several reports suggest that removal of tannins leads to a reduction in the potency of a brew. If you're willing to do a bit of science, the liquid can be decanted away from the sediment and the sediment can be redissolved in boiling, acidic water followed by addition of magnesium oxide to crash out the tannins without taking so much DMT with it. Once the magnesium tannate has precipitated you'll have another solution with maybe some DMT in it.

You can then apply any of a number of methods to determine whether you've recovered any DMT from the precipitated sludge.

I put two egg whites in with the liquids as I was reducing because I heard it reduced tannins, I also added a splash of vinegar in with the solids to acidify, its my understanding this turns dmt to dmt acetate which solutes in water, am I wrong because I wouldn't be surprised

So your sediment will mostly be bark dust and the suggested experiment might be futile.

Tannins and egg white will still bind to DMT in an acidic environment.

Use of egg white is one of those methods fairly confidently considered to be responsible for reduced yields.

You'll still have DMT in your solution, but you may well have thrown some away with your egg white.

Did you have a plan for how you'd check if there was DMT in your solution?
