please help me select the correct lye for nomans tek

hey friends, first time making DMT. I spoke to a few ppl in chat who recommend nomans tek as the best "user friendly, first time tek" but im still working on my ingredients list.
Nomans tek say " Lye (granulated NaOH)" but from what I can see, there are different grades of lye (see pic). from the pics attached, which one would you suggest is best? what are the differences between the two re: yield and quality in production? sorry if this is a super basic question but i'm figuring this out on my own and want to ensure im follow best practice. thanks for your help in advance. -love- x

Food grade 100% lye looks good, I would go for it.
