Usually around 20 seconds or so. Ideally when no smoke can be seen while exhaling.I have a big lung capacity and can hold my breathe for well over a minute, maybe two. So sometimes I'll be a few hits into an experience, forget that i'm holding my breathe, and go around 50 seconds before exhaling.
