POLL vote button

What happened to the poll vote button? In several polls over the last month, people have been unable to vote, and I was just wondering if they were setting up the polls incorrectly themselves, or if there was a software glitch somewhere...

This bug surfaced after I scrambled all the IP addresses to an unreadable format.

I removed the redundant check for IP and it should work now.
