Sorry that's kinda a joke in the cactus world because there's so much constant debate between "experts" as to what is peruvianus and what is cuzco. Seems different people have different definitions. nicechrisman...could you elaborate on which pics you're referring to and what characteristics make you so certain? I can't imagine every one in the above pics are all the same species.
jamie said:is cuzcoensis very active? The spines on my "peruvianus" on the regrowth part anyway are a fiery orange sort of color and close to an inch long..so I am guessing that means it's not a cuzcoensis? I got it locally from an entheo shop a couple years ago.
