Post trip soup or something...

From time to time me and my friend do shroomhuasca. Its around 5g of shrooms and 2,5g of rue per person. We do it on empty stomach, this is working well and everything usually goes as expected.

The thing is after, before sleep I am usually hungry. (I tend to stay up longer also I fast more than him beforehand)

Problem is that there is usually not anything that would I consider ok to eat - not after the experience.

Body went thru so much, got everything loosen up and with some maoi still in system, it is a place where healing should be done and not contaminating with something that I usually do not eat.

This got me thinking about soups, or something else I could be preparing beforehand, not only being tasty but also very healthy and playing with things that have been done a little bit more...

I would like to include ingrediencies that take advantage of maoi, and could complement entire night from some perspective.

Any recommendations for recipes, or ingredients are appreciated.

Hm, there might be something in here;

Searching for "recipe" turned out to be a bit of a thankless task otherwise!

Have you found you don't even want fruits in that situation? Maybe a soft fruit. To me it's the most appealing food in that situation.

I'm not sure what that would imply exactly. But apparently passionfruit has small amounts of harmane and harmaline (not surprising as it's the fruit of passionflower).

In my experience, fasting the day after a ceremony gives the best possible effect. Harmalas continue to work on your system and cement the changes.
I'm not saying that it is in any way easy; I'm just giving my take on it. When it comes to soups for the day after, I'd go for something light without a lot of fat.
It's tricky and you need to experiment for yourself. Fruits are a good option if you live somewhere you can get them. Here, I can't find anything good except bananas.
