*Milk Thistle for the liver
*Jimson Weed for relaxing the gut, nausea, and drying of the sinuses
*Slippery Elm for soothing irritated gums, lungs, bowels
Now for sleep, my favorite is valerian, chamomile, and kava.
Willow bark and marshmallow root are favorites, yeah :lol: I can't name just three.
