it definitely sounds like you had a breakthrough, but not the full experience. I have not had the opportunity to experience dmt but I’ve read countless trip reports (which I know is not enough to even come close to understanding the experience itself, but I still want to help:d ) and I’ve seen many reports of people “breaking through the breakthrough” (which I understand it as, getting to the end of the time warp/tunnel or something of that nature, but everybody has different experiences so that may not be true for all). From what you posted it would seem your preferred method is conduction, but I would suggest maybe looking at some convection methods for better results? That is, if you persist to fall short of the full experience. :thumb_up:
