Hi just a quick question, i have just stopped my 1oz a week cannabis habbit because it really was not doing my anxiety any favors and am basicly sick of it.
i just got some propananol off the doctor i have used it before for my anxiety with geat success but only use it in extreme circumstances, now im going to a festival in a few weeks and find it hard when i know im doing something exciting to stay calm and usually end up with a pretty bad case of anxiety leading up to the event but it always subsides onece i actully get to whatever it is may be going to do and settle in.
now would i be able to take 1 80mg slow realese early on the day (7am) if i am planning on taking some mdma later on in the day around 5/6pm without having any adverse affects? just so i dont have to have all that adrenanlin runnung through me leading up to the festival.
i am learning to manage my anxiety well at the moment with morning walks hot candle lit baths and meditation and trying to stay in the moment and just let what will be be, its just a case of breaking the bad thought habbits i have gaind over the years it just takes time and i will get there.
also DMT does help alot with it and have made a post in the past about it, i just needed to get the weed out my life before i could ever dream of ridding my self of my anxity.
