Oh man, I definitely want to dive into the fresh world! I never knew there was such comparable difference. I can imagine Psilocybe Semilanceata (liberty caps) to be quite easy to eat fresh, due to being significantly stronger than cubensis by weight... and they are quite easily available once the season hits soon.
