it's 'beats music', wonky, street bass. the "scene" really began to flourish during the summer of '08.
rooted in dilla-esque beat structure, and dubness.. with undertones of experimental in the autechre vein.

if you think that music is cool, you should've heard stuff on merck records six, seven years ago.

Great tunes very cool cheers, thats the second time ive heard merk records mentioned on here, im unaware of any "scene" but I love stuff like that and know music didnt attain perfecction with garage98-2000 lol
