So I know someone besides me mentioned either doing it with a jar or a milk jug but I tried it myself with 300g of MHRB and a jug.
There was solvent loss but no more than usual and it was really easy to keep in the corner of the kitchen without the whole kitchen smelling d-limonene-y.
I did 1 pull at 16 hours, 1 at ~36 hours, 1 at ~70 hours then 4 pulls at ~95 hours. Evaporated the ~300ml of yellow vinegar-water down to 16ml of orangy-red @ ~8mg per drop. I'll do more pulls later, the milk jug makes that easy

Just wanted to mention that as an option quickly.

Thanks Q21 yes once i started using a milk jug i couldn't go back, it does make the process that much cleaner, and it also helps with other things. :)

i seem to remember reading somewhere that xylene will eat through a milk carton (hdpe). is that wrong? or do you mean that the tek works with a milk jug and d-limonene, but perhaps not xylene?

i'm about to try your tek 1 with xylene and being able to use a milk jug would be far preferable for me.

I think the xylene evaporates through the HDPE, not sure it'll eat through it though. Yesterday I got my 1l bottle from the cupboard and the last 100ml had gone even though the lid was on tight! It had been stored about 3-4 weeks.

So I'm still wondering about someone else's question earlier - how was good mixing done? I mean, obviously you want to mix thoroughly enough to get a good contact for all the DMT, and upon the pulling. Do you shake, roll, etc? If so, what about emulsions?

I'd love to do this in a proper HDPE container, but also don't want to mess it up and waste a lot of product.
