Hi all, I have been starting to feel the calling of the changa spirits and after reading the morning changa meditation thread, want to start using small doses to aid in meditation. I have had changa on a few occasions before, the 1st being the most intense (felt very close to breakthrough). I basically want to approach it with utmost respect and I feel, that for me, small doses in conjunction with a peaceful meditation ritual will be a great way to get to know the changa spirits better.
About a year back I made a changa blend that I named "Magic Carpet Ride" which contains 500mg of acacia spice, 500mg of rue extract and a gram of herbage (mullein and blue lotus). For a number of reasons I didn't feel ready to enjoy and respect my blend until now.
I am looking to start out with a dosage of 40mg of changa which would equate to a dosage of 10mg of spice and 10mg of harmalas, would this be an appropriate dose for a nice, tranquil state of meditation with that beautiful, expanded tryptamine edge to it?
And how much would the harmalas increase the effects of the 10mg of spice?
Any advice from the changaleros out there would be greatly appreciated, thank you
