question re: 95% Pure Harmine & Harmaline Powder (Syrian Rue Isolate)

Can anyone advise regarding
95% Pure Harmine & Harmaline Powder (Syrian Rue Isolate)
I have used a 10x syrian rue extract previously,
would 1 gm of this be equal to 100mg of the 10x extract ??
sorry if this seems obvious just checking as never used it before.
If so it is alot more costly than the extract I get

100mg of a 10x extract is equal to 1g of rue..lets assume rue is 4% alkaloids..that would be a total of 40mg per 100mg of that extract..even if it is some super potent 8%..that still will only be 80mg per 100mg of the extract.

One gram of pure harmine/harmaline is alot of harmalas to take. You will be sick for 12-24 hours maybe more at that dose..you will vomit and crap and most lilely not be able to walk around to well unless you are very used to that state and the experiene even without DMT can be extremely visionary with full on OBE like episodes into spirit like worlds.

So in short, no..1gm of harmine/harmaline will not be equal to 100mg of that extract..not by a long shot.

Also, rue contains more than just harmine and harmaline. I personally prefer rue tea to a manske that only yeilds harmine and harmaline. The harmine/harmaline can be real nice still, but I prefer full spectrum rue as it feels like a more whole experience..the other harmalas in rue seemt to add something.

I have found rue accompanys the dmt perfectly, previously using the 10x extract 200mg oral 1hr before smoking changa I find sets a peaceful receptive mindset to take off with the dmt, wich I find can be a bit too intense with out rue, though I have liked this at times in the past, I feel as though using a rue prior to dmt is a very positive thing for me, I have 400mg of this so-called 95% harmaline - harmine powder, I guess Ill start on a 80-100mg dose to see how I get on with it,
Out of interest do you have a method on brewing a full spectrum rue tea ?
