questions about growing this season

i am gonna grow from seed this season, and i have a few that i need some pointers / suggestions on for germinating sprouting and planting

what would be the best ways to do for these seeds:

b. caapi
psychotria viridis & carthagenensis
lycium barbarum
scutellaria humilis
syrian rue seeds
heimia
voacanga africana ( i heard it can take forever for this one)

aaand

acacia acuminata

please help with any comments you guys might have.. as in what types of soil they prefer, do they need a green house etc etc.. thanks guys
