Quick question

Migrated topic.
I would do 0.5 - 1ml per 1g of bark, and do 2-3 pulls. So that would be 3 pulls of 25ml - 50ml each.

There's really no right answer, just don't use so much solvent that you have to evaporate it because it doesn't become saturated to be able to freeze precipitate.
