i have a large amount of extracted white power looking syrian rue that i purchased online in my possession. I also have maybe 80mg spice. I forgot what is the best method to take this while alleviating nausia? How much syrian rue? the fact that its extracted is it more potent and take less? when to take the spice? do i just eat the crystals? What about vitaimins and mixes.

also what foods not to eat? i was thinking about doing this in 4 hrs from now
