Often it's convenient to quote the results of a search using the auto-generated URL that the search function generates. However, pasting that URL into the compose window only generates a preview of the search window, omitting - or rather, hiding - the search terms:
For additional clarity, I've been rendering the search URL manually as a hyperlink, like in this recent post.
That's OK once in a while, but I do have occasion to quote multiple related searches, wherein the method becomes rather tedious, e.g. lately while editing the nutmeg reference post.
Would it be possible to automate the conversion of the search URL into a hyperlink with the format, "Search: [search terms here, minus the brackets]", like in the examples provided? To wit:
Search: "Quoting search terms automatically"
